- 1 stalk of Broccoli
- 1 medium sized Carrot
- 1 packet of Brown Beech Mushroom (button mushroom taste good too)
- 3 stalks of Celery
Seasoning:
- Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
Steps:
- Cut all ingredients
- Heat oil and place all ingredients (broccoli stems 1st followed by carrot and celery. Mushroom last as it gets soft very fast) in wok.
- Just stir fry the vege and add in seasoning.
- Cover wok for 2 mins and dish is ready to serve :)
