
- 8 Fig or Wu Hua Guo (halves)
- 2 tablespoon of Nan Xing
- 3/4 tablespoon of Bei Xing
- 300g Lean Meat (cubed)
- 4 bowls of water
Steps:
- Boil water (using the inner pot of the Thermal cooker)
- Put ingredients into the boiling water
- Boil for 10 mins and transfer the pot to the Thermal cooker
- The soup would be ready in 2 hours
Note: Bei Xing is bitter in nature hence we don't add in as much as Nan Xing. This soup actually helps to strengthen the lungs. I would normally boil this once every 2 weeks for my kids :)
