(I've re-shot this dish - this time no celery as I have another vege dish cooked. Brown beech mushroom is used instead of shitake mushroom.)
Ingredients:
- 1 quarter of Pumpkin (cubed)
- 350g Chicken (diced)
- Sliced Shitake Mushroom or Halved Button Mushroom (amount depends on your liking)
- 2-3 stalks of Celery (choppped - Optional)
- Half bowl of Dried Shrimp
- 2 cups of uncooked Rice
Seasoning (optional)
- Light Soya Sauce
Steps:
- Place all ingredients in rice cooker and cook
- If you have a "stronger" tastebud, you may want to add some light soy sauce to the cooked rice.
