That nite, I realised that I still have quite a fair bit of leftover ham so I decided to try something different.......I cut the ham into strips and rolled them over the mushroom and used toothpicks to hold the roll. The rolls were boiled in water for about 2 minutes, thereafter, the roll is placed in the oven and baked for about 3 mins.
I guess this dish is quite tasty since as my kid ate them all (I didn't even get to eat it!)
