That nite, I realised that I still have quite a fair bit of leftover ham so I decided to try something different.......
I cut the ham into strips and rolled them over the mushroom and used toothpicks to hold the roll. The rolls were boiled in water for about 2 minutes, thereafter, the roll is placed in the oven and baked for about 3 mins.
I guess this dish is quite tasty since as my kid ate them all (I didn't even get to eat it!)
