Finally found the Sharkfin Melon....Didn't really know what to cook with with so decided to cook with my usual soup ingredient.Nice! Loved the melon :)

All the recipes uploaded here have been tried and "tested "on my two little kids. So far no compliants yet :)
My recipes (either taken from cookbook or invented) are mostly soup and one-dish meal using rice cooker and thermal pot to cook. As the food are usually prepared (sometimes overnight) and cooked before I go to work early in the morning. Seasonings is usually avoided in all my recipes.
Whenever I tell my friends and colleagues that I wake up at 6am to cook dinner, everyone would go "huh????". hahaha....
If you ever try it, hope you'll get the same satisfaction level as my kids :)
