Baby Kailan with (Vegetarian) Oyster Sauce

Another simple dish that can be cooked in 3 mins!

Just remember to get baby kailan so save you the trouble to pluck and cut the vegetable. Just wash and stir-fry :)

Ingredients:
- Baby Kailan
- Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
- Minced garlic

For health reason, I have stoped using the 'real' oyster sauce. The vegetarian one is just as good. I've tried other brands but finally settled with Won Hup Vegetarian oyster sauce as this once does not have a very strong mushroom smell and more acceptable by my kids :)

Noodles with Dumplings in Beef Soup

Another dish I cooked over the night using my thermal pot. I boiled the soup at 11pm and reboil the soup again at 6 am. The noodles and dumplings are cooked separately after I came back from work.

My kids loved this very much as it has all their favourites in 1 dish: Soup, noodles and dumplings. Simple dish that can be prepared in 15 mins :)
Ingredients (for 4 persons)
- 300g Beef cubes (suitable for stew)
- 1 big onions (either cut into quarters or slice it)
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium potato
- 6 bowls of water

Steps:
- Boil the water in the stainless steel container (of the thermal pot)
- Add all ingredients into the boiling water
- Boil for 10 mins and transfer the container to the thermal pot
